East Orlando  

  East Orlando is perfectly positioned with it’s short drive to the beach and minutes from downtown Orlando. But, living here, you’ll almost never want to leave. The University of Central Florida’s main campus calls East Orlando home and is the heart of Knight Nation.  UCF has the largest student body in the country.

     Neighborhoods on the east side include: Avalon Park, Azalea Park, Baldwin Park, Cypress Springs, Eastwood, Lake Underhill, Rio Pinar, Stoneybrook East, Spring Isle, Union Park, University of Central Florida, Waterford Lakes and Wedgefield.  The area contains some of the top schools in Orange County.

   There is plenty to do and see here, with the Waterford Lakes Town Center, sink your teeth into the oldest business in Union Park – Maryland’s Fried Chicken. Whether you are on Alafaya Trail, East Colonial or Avalon Park Blvd… you’ll find a plethora of dining options. For golfers world wide, East Orlando is the home of many Central Florida’s most treasured clubs and courses.
   
    The region is home to great nature parks with beautiful natural trails like the 84 acre J. Blanchard Park & trail lined with soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball court, pavilions, barbecue grills, riverside recreation; From Blanchard Park is the Little Econ Greenway which stretches a 7.4 miles trail through you can stroll, walk, run, skate or bike across making it a nature lover’s dream. Your dog will dig the dog park at Downy Park on Dean Road.  East Orlando has it all for every kind of buyer with lake front homes to golf course properties.

Orange County

     Orange County is home to several attractions, delicious restaurants, art , and outdoor activities. With a population of over 1,400,000 , Orange County is home to several large amusement parks, including the Disney World resorts. Orange County was founded in 1824, with the county seat being Orlando, and is named after the county’s main product.
    
     Orange County is home to the cities and towns of Apopka, Christmas, Clarcona, Gotha, Killarney, Maitland, Oakland, Ocoee, Orlando, Plymouth, Tangerine, Windermere, Winter Garden, Winter Park, and Zellwood It’s almost impossible to not have anything to do in Orange County. You can enjoy beautiful nature walks, visit several delicious restaurants, attend community events, and several more.

     The theme parks in Orange County will be sure to bring out your inner child. Explore the different countries around the world through several fun attractions at Epcot. Live out your royal dreams as a King or Queen at Magical Kingdom as you wave to Mickey and Minnie.
