Hi, I’m Sandra M. Edmond, Broker-Owner of Empire Crown Realty, LLC.
I have worked in Central Florida real estate for more than 20 years as both a broker and an active investor. That mix matters. Sandra M. Edmond is a REALTOR®, a Real Estate Broker, and the Broker-Owner of Empire Crown Realty, LLC, which she opened in 2021. She is a Central Florida real estate broker and investor with more than 20 years of experience. Many people know her as the Queen of Tax Deeds®, a name that comes from her many years of work with tax deed and tax lien properties.
That investor background shapes how she works with every client. Before she recommends a price, an offer, or a property, she looks closely at the facts: condition, location, costs, and market trends. Buyers, sellers, leasing clients, and investors all benefit from that careful, numbers-first approach.
Before real estate, Sandra worked as a television news reporter and fill-in anchor in Fort Myers, Tallahassee, and West Palm Beach. Those years taught her to ask good questions, listen closely, and explain things clearly. She still works that way today.
